A few years ago, I sustained both a knee and low back injury and was dealing with chronic pain on a daily basis. I also was struggling with fatigue, mood swings, repeated UTI's, skin issues, and gastrointestinal pain and discomfort on a regular basis.
It was then I decided to take my health in my own hands and make some significant lifestyle changes starting with my diet. That is when I discovered the power of plants and how what I ate directly affected the inflammation in my body and how I felt day to day.
This drastic change in symptoms inspired me to help others with their nutritional journey through health and wellness coaching and education. It is the reason why I created the Anti-Inflammatory Diet course.
